Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr Associate in Advertising & Marketing Services to support brand initiatives from Norwalk, CT with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office per week). The role partners with Marketing Operations and cross-functional teams to manage sample logistics, events, and influencer campaigns, while driving process improvements and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or proven work experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of retail, supply chain, marketing, event marketing, and promos preferred.
• Positive attitude, proactive problem solver, and strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Interest in growing AI business tools to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sample logistics for brand campaigns and events.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align milestones and deadlines.
• Provide project oversight for Marketing Operations across decks and updates.
• Support influencer/consumer campaigns and monitor performance.
• Coordinate event marketing operations, from booth design to activation.
• Serve as backup for the Manager and lead special optimization projects.
