Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail- and deadline-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a positive team spirit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials; support with distribution and organization.
• Support Marketing Coordinators to meet proposal and presentation deadlines.
• Some data entry and extraction from our database.
• Tailor resumes for technical staff on opportunities.
