SSOE is seeking an Operations Marketing Assistant in Ohio, with responsibilities spanning proposals, presentations, and qualification packages for competitive and non-competitive pursuits. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, assist with data-driven materials, and help refine marketing content while gaining project management experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while staying collaborative.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional internal customer service in a collaborative setting.
• Assemble, review, approve and track non-competitive proposals and scopes.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with proposals and presentations, updating standard content as needed.
• Support Marketing Coordinators to meet deadlines for proposals and qualifications.
• Data entry and extraction from internal databases.
• Tailor resumes for technical staff on opportunities.
