SSOE is seeking an Operations Marketing Assistant to support the Operations Marketing team across proposals, presentations, and qualification packages. You will learn our approach, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and gain hands-on project management experience while contributing to competitive pursuits.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing/editing/proofreading required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive team spirit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional internal customer service to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on proposals and presentations.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials and qualifications packages.
• Assist with assembling competitive proposals and presentations.
• Support Marketing Coordinators to meet deadlines for proposals, presentations, and qualifications.
• Data entry and extraction from internal databases.
