SSOE Group is hiring a Marketing Assistant for our Operations Marketing team. You’ll learn how we do business, participate in strategy discussions, and gain project management experience by assisting with proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages for competitive and non-competitive pursuits.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing / editing / proofreading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail- and deadline-oriented environment with demonstrated efficiency and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive team spirit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and edit marketing materials.
• Assist with competitive proposals and presentations as needed, including pulling, updating, or modifying standard materials and assembly / delivery.
• Supporting Marketing Coordinators and Senior Marketing Coordinators to meet their proposal / presentation / qualification deadlines.
• Includes some data entry and extraction from our database.
• Tailor professional resumes for technical staff on specific opportunities.
