Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketing operations, strong PM and analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and PowerBI, and familiarity with MS Dynamics. This position offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 with discretionary bonus.

Associate, Marketing Operations at a Leading Private Credit Manager in NYC

A $90B+ market-leading private credit manager based in NYC is looking to add an Associate in Marketing Operations to their team. This is a cross-functional, operations-driven role supporting the Marketing COO and Head of Marketing across vendor management, process development, budget reporting, project management, and executive stakeholder communications.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics a plus
• Responsibilities span managing firmwide marketing projects, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, coordinating senior stakeholder approvals, and tracking department-wide KPIs

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus
