About the Role:

We're expanding our Sales & Marketing Department and looking for someone who is:

100% commission-driven — but with a seriously attractive comp plan

100% remote — work from anywhere, as long as the job gets done

100% your own hours — we don’t clock-watch, we respect hustle

0% micromanaging — our leadership leads, they don’t hover

Who We're Looking For:

• You’re motivated, self-driven, and passionate about making a difference

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pitching and managing brand partnerships.
• Generating leads for Raw Surf membership offerings. (training will be provided)
• Helping elevate Raw Surf’s visibility through strategic relationships.
• Working alongside our supportive leadership team to grow the Raw Surf mission.
