Description WHO WE ARE: Boochcraft is an innovative leader in the Hard Kombucha category, focused on creating high-quality products while continuing to evolve and scale our operations. We are looking for a highly organized, hands‑on Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to provide additional marketing execution and support during a leave of absence. This role is expected to begin in mid to late November 2026 to allow for a comprehensive transition period and will continue through June 30, 2027. You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product/R&D and external partners to ensure campaigns, product launches, creative projects and other key marketing initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard. The ideal candidate is both a strong marketer and project manager: someone who can manage timelines and stakeholders while also bringing strong brand and creative judgment to the work. You should be comfortable stepping into an established marketing organization, identifying what needs to happen next and proactively moving projects forward without significant day‑to‑day oversight. This is a defined‑term position. Candidates should be available and committed to the full assignment through June 30, 2027. Duties And Responsibilities
