Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to drive the execution of marketing campaigns and manage key partnership programs. Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and timelines
  • Manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and team accountability
  • Support demand generation efforts by collaborating with content and marketing operations teams
  • Oversee marketing partnerships, including managing Market Development Funds (MDF) and proof of execution
  • Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring proper allocation and compliance
  • Use project management tools like Asana, Workday, and ClickUp to organize and monitor marketing tasks
  • Streamline internal processes to boost operational efficiency and marketing impact


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution or program/project management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with demand generation campaigns and marketing operations workflows
  • Experience managing partner MDF programs, budget tracking, and compliance documentation
