Construction Materials Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the website, search program, content calendar, and campaign execution. You’ll develop the qualifications library, project sheets, resumes and templates used on every pursuit, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

In this hands-on role you’ll run email and LinkedIn campaigns, attend trade events, and report results monthly. AEC/industrial services experience is highly valued and compensation ranges with market demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing and at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy; has built proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious enough to learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

• Own the website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events) for new markets and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across all public channels.
