Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing projects, manage a team, and drive branding, events, and proposals across our markets in Colorado.

You will oversee strategies for pursuits, events and tradeshows, graphic design, advertising, public relations, and data organization, collaborating with regional managers and project teams to position AP for growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proposal writing/coordination/research experience; AE/C industry preferred.
• Broad functional experience in strategic planning, marketing, market development, research, and promotions/advertising.
• Experience creating brand awareness and communications programs and driving business with direct and channel selling models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign); Illustrator a plus.
• Strong writing, proofreading, editing, and process documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
• Lead marketing strategy and manage tasks with senior team partners to meet priorities.
• Create proposal packages, collateral, and wining proposals with cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead writing efforts for public relations, awards, submittals, and communications.
• Provide leadership/mentoring to marketing assistants and coordinators.
• Support data development and management processes and ensure data integrity.
