LivaNova is seeking a Marketing Manager in Neuromodulation to lead strategy and business development across Turkey. You will shape marketing plans, support product launches, and build strong relationships with physicians and KOLs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

This strategic role requires deep marketing expertise, strong communication skills, and a track record in medical devices or neuromodulation.

Formación

• 10+ years in medical device industry or related field.
• Strong strategic marketing experience with ability to turn market insights into initiatives.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across functions.
• Fluent English; able to communicate technical/clinical information clearly.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build business cases and assess opportunities.
• Experience with neuromodulation or medical implants is a strong plus.
• Previous commercial or sales exposure and involvement in launches is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Neuromodulation marketing strategy and roadmap for Turkey.
• Lead product and therapy launch planning, positioning, segmentation, pricing, and GTM.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Build relationships with physicians and KOLs; support scientific and educational activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations and Finance to execute plans.
• Develop business cases, assess ROI and monitor marketing performance for decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for new technologies and product development and market introduction.

Join LivaNova as a Marketing Manager in Neuromodulation, leading marketing strategy and business development across Turkey. In this strategic role, you will drive the growth of our Neuromodulation business by shaping marketing plans, supporting product and therapy launches, and building strong relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help bring innovative therapies to market and strengthen LivaNova's position in the Turkish market.

Define and execute the marketing strategy and roadmap for the Neuromodulation business across Turkey, supporting long-term business growth. Lead product and therapy launch planning, developing positioning, segmentation, pricing and go-to-market strategies. Gather Voice of Customer insights and market intelligence to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Build strong relationships with physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), supporting scientific and educational activities and Medical Advisory Boards. Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, Finance and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans. Develop business cases, assess return on investment and monitor marketing performance to support business decisions. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to new technologies and product development, helping ensure successful market introduction.

Требования:

At least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, ideally including 5 or more years in marketing roles. Strong strategic marketing experience, with the ability to develop business plans and translate market insights into effective marketing initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence key stakeholders. Fluent English is mandatory, with the ability to understand and communicate technical, clinical and scientific information. Strong analytical and business acumen, including experience developing business cases and evaluating commercial opportunities. Neuromodulation and medical implant experience would be a strong advantage. Previous commercial or sales experience, as well as involvement in product development or new therapy launches, would be highly valued.
