LivaNova is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager - Equipment to lead the strategic development of our Heart-Lung Machine portfolio. This role blends portfolio management, upstream marketing, and close collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams to shape product strategy for the next generation.

The position is remote across Europe (Italy, France, Germany, Spain or the UK) with travel and a strong emphasis on embedding software in medical equipment, keeping stakeholders aligned and

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Marketing or Product Management within the medical device industry.
• Ability to develop product strategies and contribute to new product development, ideally through upstream marketing.
• Experience collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams in a technical environment.
• Understanding software embedded in medical equipment and ability to engage with technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
• Some people management experience is desirable.

Senior Global Marketing Manager – Equipment Location: Remote – Europe (Italy, France, Germany, Spain or the UK) Travel: At least 50% At LivaNova, we are looking for a Senior Global Marketing Manager - Equipment to lead the strategic development of our Heart-Lung Machine (HLM) product line. This is a key global role combining the management of an established equipment portfolio with the preparation of its next generation. Working closely with R&D and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate market needs into product strategy and help guide product development priorities for the coming years.

• Base salary range (Italy): €72,000 - €107,000
• Base salary range (Spain): €72,000 - €107,000
• Base salary range (UK): £78,000 - £115,000
• Base salary range (France): €76,000 - €110,000
• Base salary range (Germany): €93,000 - €130,000
• Bonus target: 15% (note that actual percentage may vary based on business and program considerations)
