Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or engineering.
• At least 5 years in marketing, sales, or market development in MedTech.
• Proven experience developing strategic marketing plans.
• Experience with market development and patient pathways.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Northern Europe marketing strategy and action plan.
• Lead regional campaigns, launches, and growth programmes.
• Drive market development through segmentation and therapy adoption.
• Create programmes to increase therapy awareness and patient access.
• Manage regional marketing budget and measure ROI.
• Build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders; coordinate events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and country teams.
• Monitor market trends and inform regional strategy.
• Support country teams with planning and execution.
• Provide product and therapy education to internal and external customers.
