Job Overview

To provide comprehensive leadership for the Marketing Department, aligning with corporate strategy

and annual business goals. This role is responsible for the formulation and execution of integrated

brand and marketing strategies, leading the team in brand building, promotion, membership

operations, and visual design to enhance brand value, market share, and core competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation & Planning
  1. Inherit corporate strategy and annual business goals; organize the formulation of mid-to-long-term brand and marketing strategies, decomposing them into actionable annual and monthly plans.
  2. Establish a market intelligence monitoring system to systematically collect and analyze industry trends, competitor dynamics, consumer insights, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making.
  3. Dynamically track department progress, organize regular review meetings, analyze variances between targets and actuals, and drive necessary adjustments.
Marketing Planning & Promotion
  1. Lead the development of the annual Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy and marketing calendar; oversee the creative direction for new product launches, major sales events, and brand campaigns.
  2. Coordinate cross-departmental resources (Merchandising, Operations, Design, etc.) to drive end-to-end execution of major projects, ensuring high-standard implementation in stores.
  3. Establish ROI (Return on Investment) evaluation models for marketing activities; lead major project debriefs to analyze efficiency and optimize future strategies, processes, and budget allocation.
Brand Management & Communications
  1. Direct the iteration of brand strategy and lead the construction/management of the Visual Identity (VI) system; supervise brand consistency across all channels (marketing materials, online platforms, and offline stores).
  2. Develop annual integrated communication plans; oversee content strategies and resource allocation across online/offline channels (including social media, PR, and advertising) to boost brand awareness and reputation.
  3. Supervise visual design output and audit design assets to ensure they align with the brand's DNA and tone.
Membership (CRM) Operations Management
  1. Lead the development and iteration of the membership system; approve major designs and optimizations for membership tiers, benefit structures, and growth models.
  2. Establish a membership data analysis system; approve refined annual operations strategies (e.g., segmented marketing, loyalty enhancement, churn prediction, and win-back) based on data insights.
  3. Promote the deep integration of member data into product development, store services, and marketing touchpoints to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
External Relationship Management
  1. Build and maintain high-level relationships with key media, top influencers (KOLs), MCN agencies, co-branding partners, and industry associations.
  2. Evaluate and approve major brand collaborations, cross-branding projects, sponsorships, and strategic media buys while managing risks and quality.
  3. Act as the company representative at industry events and media communications; develop and oversee brand sentiment monitoring and public relations (PR) crisis prevention/response mechanisms.
Internal Management & Team Building
  1. Plan departmental growth aligned with strategic goals; manage labor costs and departmental budget.
  2. Formulate internal management systems and standards; ensure orderly filing, transfer, and storage of departmental documents.
  3. Optimize organizational structure and job responsibilities; lead departmental performance management.
  4. Responsible for talent development, providing professional training and mentorship.
  5. Organize team-building activities to cultivate and transmit corporate culture.
Basic Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree required; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

Pay and Compensation
  1. $86,000-$100,500 per year.
