Qualifications

• Experience managing campaigns and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for luxury residential new developments.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers, sales leadership, and internal teams.
• Coordinate branding, digital marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
• Manage brand approvals and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to coordinate campaigns.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports and performance summaries.
• Monitor marketing performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders.
• Support new project launches and sales events.
