Job summary

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM) is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives for its portfolio of luxury residential new development projects throughout Texas.

This role will oversee day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, manage brand approvals, and collaborate with developers, sales teams, and external partners to ensure marketing efforts align with project objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury residential real estate or related industry.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating creative projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; familiarity with digital marketing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for luxury residential new developments.
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring on-time delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Collaborate with developers, sales leadership, and internal teams to align strategies with goals.
• Coordinate branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and materials across developments.
• Manage brand approvals and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to coordinate campaigns and production.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports and performance summaries for clients and leadership.
• Monitor performance and recommend adjustments to improve campaigns.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders for timely execution.
• Support new project launches, events, and promotional activities.
