Job summary

Douglas Elliman Marketing is seeking a Marketing Manager to support planning, execution, and management of initiatives for luxury residential new developments in Texas. You will oversee day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, manage brand approvals, and collaborate with developers, sales teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury residential real estate or new development.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating creative projects.
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media and marketing reporting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing platforms and PM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for luxury residential new development projects.
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations and ensure deliverables and campaigns are on schedule.
• Collaborate with developer clients, sales leadership, and internal teams to align marketing with goals.
• Coordinate branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media and promotional materials.
• Manage brand approvals and ensure compliance with guidelines for branded developments.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution and materials production.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports and performance summaries for clients and leadership.
• Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
