We are seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for our law firm. This role is responsible for shaping brand positioning, client engagement, and market strategy across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, identifying key audiences and growth opportunities within the legal industry.
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programs, collaborating with attorneys and firm leadership.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to optimize strategies, enhance client outreach, and improve engagement.
- Partner with digital, email, and performance marketing teams to refine lead-nurturing tactics.
- Oversee content management, branding, and event participation to support firm visibility.
- Track and analyze marketing effectiveness, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and managing marketing strategies, preferably in legal or professional services.
- Strong communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interpret client insights, market trends, and legal industry analysis.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
- Metrics-driven approach with a creative eye for branding and engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Experience with social media strategy, law firm marketing, and professional networking.
- Established contacts in legal publications and media.
- Familiarity with compliance in legal advertising and digital outreach.
