Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager specializing in Messaging Architecture and Systems. The role is fully remote in the U.S.

and focuses on designing scalable marketing systems, messaging templates, and governance to harmonize product positioning across campaigns. You will partner with Engineering and Analytics to implement AI-enabled workflows, measure messaging effectiveness, and drive adoption across Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Design and own scalable marketing systems, messaging frameworks, documentation standards, and workflows across the marketing organization.
• Translate product positioning into reusable templates, guidelines, and enablement resources for multiple teams.
• Partner with engineering to build AI-enabled marketing infrastructure that improves efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Establish governance, version control, and quality standards to ensure consistent messaging across products and channels.
• Define metrics to measure messaging adoption, usefulness, and continuous improvement.
• Influence stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Operations to adopt new systems.
