JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, focused on executing and measuring sophisticated email and marketing automation campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving usage, conversion, retention, revenue, and unit growth through customer-backed initiatives in the Eloqua platform. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in lifecycle marketing, from strategy to execution, including A/B testing, campaign analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Execute and measure email/marketing automation campaigns in Eloqua.
• Set up, test/QA, and deploy campaigns for various lifecycle marketing stages.
• Plan and manage direct mail campaigns, including strategy and creative development.
• Build test plans and perform A/B split testing to optimize campaigns.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute, optimize, and analyze campaign results.

Must have Skills:

• Expertise in Email Marketing and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Eloqua).
• Exceptional project management and executional skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategy.

Industry Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in B2C or B2B email marketing, particularly within SaaS products.
