    Role Overview

    As the Marketing Manager for Iberia , you will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies and programs that support business growth across Spain and Portugal. This includes demand generation campaigns, channel marketing, event coordination, and performance tracking. Reporting to the EMEA South Sr Marketing Manager, you will work closely with sales teams, channel partners & distributors, external agencies, PR and media in a collaborative environment with the wider EMEA marketing team.


    What You Will Do
    • Campaigns Execution with focus on Demand Generation: Plan, deploy, and track integrated marketing campaigns focused on lead generation with a strong focus on new logo, aligned with global and regional KPIs. Work alongside the EMEA Demand Generation team to ensure there is a plan of activity targeted towards end-users in the region, to drive customer acquisition and deliver specific regional activity where appropriate. Provide feedback to the centralized teams on any specific campaigns and initiatives needed for the Iberia region.
    • Manage the Marketing Budgets for Iberian regions: including the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for partners and distributors, as well as any Sophos initiated activities targeted at end-users or the channel.
    • Co-Marketing with strategic Partners : Design and execute co-marketing initiatives with channel partners to drive new business opportunities throughout Spain and Portugal. Collaborate with Channel Account Executives in the region and with partners on joint campaigns, digital initiatives, and industry outreach to generate new logo and pipeline growth. Manage partner relationships and activities under the Market Development Funds (MDF) program, ensuring ROI and alignment with business goals.
    • Channel Partner Recruitment & Enablement: Support the growth and activation of our channel ecosystem by developing and executing recruitment campaigns, onboarding initiatives, training programs, and webinars. Work closely with the channel team and sales engineers to ensure partners are fully enabled and engaged.
    • Event Management: Coordinate logistics and marketing efforts for industry events, third-party conferences, and company-hosted events in collaboration with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Monitoring & Reporting: Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess ROI and impact. Ensure timely follow-up of all initiatives.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with local sales, global, regional and sub-regional marketing, agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure consistent messaging, execution excellence, and brand alignment.
    What You Will Bring
    • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
    • Strong understanding of demand generation, channel marketing, and event execution.
    • Experience working with marketing performance tracking and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – able to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
    • Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Dutch are a strong plus.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
