A leading company in the electronic music scene is seeking a Music Marketing Manager for a 12-month contract. This role involves overseeing the marketing for artists' releases, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while managing project budgets and fostering relationships. Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Music Marketing Manager to join its project management team. This role oversees the release lifecycle for a roster of artists – from planning, creative marketing ideation, and budget allocation, to execution, monitoring, and reporting. This individual is responsible for their releases from start to finish, and acts as the key information holder for all details pertaining to a release. This person will also work with the internal teams (Digital Marketing, Streaming & Radio, Design, etc) to create promotional strategies that align with artists' vision. This person must maintain strong lines of communication internally and externally, and deliver streaming and revenue results in line with Monstercat’s performance goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and creative thinker, a fan of electronic music, and can demonstrate previous success as a project manager.
This is a full-time and remote, 12-month contract opportunity to cover a team member’s maternity/parental leave.
