Job summary

The Manager, Marketing at Lutheran Health supports marketing activities and communications to promote the image and reputation of the facility and its affiliates. This role focuses on enhancing marketability, competitive positioning, and growth through strategic campaigns and community partnerships.

The Manager collaborates with the Director, corporate marketing teams, and approved vendors to implement marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with facility leadership and corporate marketing teams to develop and execute annual marketing plans.
• Monitors and manages online reputation by responding to patient reviews.
• Supports colleagues in enhancing marketability and consumer pathways.
• Acts as facility media contact and spokesperson when appropriate.
• Executes internal and external communications initiatives using an integrated framework.
