Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant is seeking a Manager, Marketing to lead marketing plans and communications for the Durant facility and its affiliates.

You will collaborate with the Director and approved vendors to execute campaigns, manage online reputation, and drive growth through strategic partnerships and integrated communications initiatives.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
• Four or more years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree acceptable.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans in collaboration with facility leadership and corporate teams.
• Monitor online reputation and manage patient reviews to maintain a positive image.
• Support cross-functional marketing and communications efforts across the organization.
• Serve as a facility media contact and spokesperson when appropriate.
• Lead internal and external communications initiatives including earned/owned media.
• Foster community relations and partnerships to grow the facility's reputation.
