One Pass Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth for both consumer and business audiences. You will support integrated marketing strategies, develop client-ready materials, and lead demand-generation initiatives to boost enrollment and engagement.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience across B2B2C marketing, brand management, and lead generation, plus strong collaboration and project-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, demand generation, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Experience developing and executing B2B2C marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and client-facing communications.
• Experience partnering across cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and business results.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• B2B Marketing & Lead Generation: Support demand generation programs targeted toward health plans, employers, brokers, and other strategic audiences.
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels.
• Partner with growth team to create marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth.
• Measure marketing performance and report on key lead generation metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
