Job summary

EPHIA is expanding its marketing leadership to drive growth across Germany and beyond. You will build our performance marketing on Meta from scratch, scale campaigns, and own SEO for the platform while shaping email marketing and CRM programs.

The role involves collaboration with founders, coordinating with content partners, and planning market entry for new locations across Germany. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will demonstrate strong analytics using GA4, Tag Manager, and related tools,

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of marketing experience with Meta Ads and SEO.
• Proven growth successes, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4, Tag Manager, MCAI, and Search Console.
• Fluent German and very good English; willingness to travel to Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Build performance marketing on Meta from the ground up and scale it.
• Oversee SEO for the platform including technical SEO and content strategy.
• Create email marketing and CRM flows from first interest to course booking.
• Plan marketing for new locations in Germany and define KPIs.

EPHIA is a continuing education platform for licensed physicians and dentists in aesthetic medicine. We combine LÄK-certified online courses with supervised practical courses in Berlin-Mitte. Our approach is called “Ethics & Business”: we support physicians from their first botulinum course through to their own practice. This includes sound professional training, business know-how and a clear ethical stance. After fully filling our first location in Berlin-Mitte, we now want to expand to other German cities. To do this, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead this growth. You will work directly with the founders and grow into the CMO role over the next one to two years.

• You build performance marketing on Meta from the ground up and scale it: tracking, creatives, tests and budget management
• You are responsible for SEO for our platform: technical SEO, content strategy and rankings for course and specialist topics
• You build email marketing and CRM: newsletters, lead nurturing and automated funnels from first interest through to course booking
• You plan and implement marketing for new locations in Germany
• You define KPIs, build dashboards and manage performance based on CAC, conversion rate and ROAS
• You work with the founders on positioning, messaging and growth priorities
• You coordinate with our social media content creator and external partners
• You ensure that our communications comply with the German Medicinal Products Advertising Act (HWG) and the professional code of conduct for physicians
• In the future, you will build the marketing team and, as CMO, be responsible for the marketing strategy

• At least 3 years of marketing experience, including hands-on experience with Meta Ads and SEO
• Proven growth successes, ideally at a start-up or a small, fast-growing company
• Experience with email marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical skills (GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, Search Console)
• A can-do mentality: you enjoy setting things up yourself before handing them over
• Fluent German and very good English

• Willingness to travel to Berlin regularly for team events and accompany some of our courses in person
