Job summary

Quadcode — финтех‑компания, развивающая финансовые продукты и SaaS‑платформу для брокеров. Вы разрабатываете и реализуете масштабную стратегию роста через органический трафик, сообщества и guerrilla‑маркетинг в экосистеме AI и разработчиков.

Вы будете руководить привлечением активных пользователей, анализировать воронку и конверсию, сотрудничать с инфлюенсерами и продуктовой командой, работать удаленно с глобальной аудиторией.

Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта в growth-маркетинге и запуске техпродуктов.
• Доказываемый рост пользователей при управлении бюджетами.
• Опыт работы с инфлюенсерами в AI/тех-сегментах.
• Знакомство с сообщества разработчиков и AI.
• Умение планировать стратегию и запускать кампании hands‑on.
• Сильная аналитика воронки приобретения и KPI.
• Интерес к AI и инструментам разработчиков.
• Свободное владение английским (B2+) и русским (C1).

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и реализовывать масштабную стратегию роста через органический и сообщество‑ориентированный маркетинг.
• Полностью вести привлечение новых активных пользователей и монетизацию.
• Отслеживать воронку от трафика до платящих клиентов и оптимизировать CAC.
• Расширять присутствие продукта в блогах, соцсетях и сообществах разработчиков.
• Управлять внешним производством контента: видео, обзоры, демонстрации.
• Бюджет маркетинга и распределение ресурсов для ROI.
• Сотрудничать с командой продукта по onboarding и монетизации.
• Следить за трендами AI и инструментов для разработчиков.

Quadcode is a fintech company engaged in financial brokerage activities and delivering financial products globally. Its flagship internal trading platform is offered to other brokers as a SaaS solution. The company is also developing an AI-powered IDE for software development and design.

Задачи

• Build and execute a scalable acquisition strategy focused on organic, community-led, and guerrilla initiatives in AI and developer ecosystems
• Own end-to-end acquisition of new active users, supporting sustainable DAU growth and conversion to paying users
• Track and optimise the acquisition funnel from traffic through activation and DAU to paid conversion, improving CAC efficiency and unit economics
• Grow product presence and engagement across social media, blogs, and developer and AI communities through organic content, community participation, and influencer collaborations
• Manage outsourced promotional content production, including videos, reviews, and product demos, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Own the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximise ROI
• Collaborate with the product team to align acquisition efforts with onboarding, activation, and monetisation insights
• Monitor trends in AI, developer tools, and AI-driven communities

Требования

• 3+ Years of growth marketing experience, including launching and scaling new tech products
• Proven ability to drive user acquisition and growth through guerrilla, community-led, and organic strategies while managing lean budgets
• Experience collaborating with influencers and creators in AI, developer, or tech niches, including sourcing, negotiating, and measuring impact
• Familiarity with developer and AI communities and their dynamics
• Ability to plan strategically and execute hands‑on, from sourcing contractors to launching campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to track, optimise, and iterate acquisition funnels and meet acquisition KPIs
• Genuine interest in AI, developer tools, and innovative tech products
• Fluent English (minimum B2+)
• Fluent Russian (minimum C1)
• Будет плюсом: familiarity with modern AI tools and hands‑on marketing experience using them, basic skills in low-code/no-code platforms, including Vibe Coding
