В должности менеджера по инфлюенсер-маркетингу вы будете находить и развивать отношения с YouTube-авторами и нишевыми инфлюенсерами в fintech, trading и investing, запускать образовательные проекты и управлять полным циклом кампаний от идеи до анализа эффективности.

Qualifications

• Опыт в инфлюенсер-маркетинге или проектах с YouTube на 2–3+ года.
• Умение вести полный цикл кампании и координировать работу с криэйторами.
• Опыт работы с многоязычными создателями контента и командами.

Responsibilities

• Находить и оценивать инфлюенсеров для ниш fintech, торговли и инвестиций.
• Разрабатывать и запускать образовательные проекты и проекты с авторами.
• Готовить концепты, брифы и форматы сотрудничества с инфлюенсерами и внутренними командами.
• Управлять проектами от outreach до анализа эффективности и отчетности.
• Анализировать результаты кампаний: охват, аудиторию, конверсии и бизнес-метрики.

Quadcode is a fintech company focused on financial brokerage activities and advanced financial products for global clients. Its flagship internal trading platform is offered to other brokers as a SaaS solution.

Задачи:

• Source, assess, and build relationships with YouTube influencers and niche fintech, trading, and investing influencers
• Develop and launch educational, YouTube, and other special projects with creators
• Prepare concepts, briefs, and collaboration formats with influencers and internal teams
• Manage projects end to end, including outreach, negotiations, approvals, production coordination, launch, and reporting
• Analyze campaign performance, including content and audience results, traffic, conversions, and contribution to business metrics

Требования:

• 2–3+ Years of experience in influencer marketing, special projects, YouTube, content production, or digital media
• Experience working long-term with YouTube creators and/or niche fintech, trading, or investing influencers
• Understanding of the full cycle of special projects, from concept development to post-campaign analysis
• Ability to connect creator and content performance with brand-awareness and business metrics
• Experience working with multilingual creators, speakers, agencies, or production teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Native-level Russian and confident English (B2+)
