Job summary

New Horizon Academy is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead CRM and marketing automation across 100+ locations, including Minnesota. You’ll translate strategy into local execution, guide campaigns, and drive enrollment growth in collaboration with district leaders and field teams.

The role covers regional go-to-market planning, program management, and coordination with agencies, vendors, and internal partners to uphold brand standards and maximize impact in current and new markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience, including CRM or marketing automation.
• Experience managing CRM across multiple locations or markets.
• Proven go-to-market planning with field or operations leadership.
• Strong branding, digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM operations and enrollment funnel across locations.
• Develop local marketing plans aligned with organizational strategy.
• Coordinate events, partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement.
• Monitor marketing performance and KPIs to drive enrollment growth.
