This full-time, on-site role partners with founders and GTM leaders to reach executives at home health agencies, clinicians, and technologists shaping the future of home health.

Full time
On-site
Roger is an AI platform that frees home health clinicians from paperwork so they can focus on what matters: delivering life-changing care to our most vulnerable elderly patients in the comfort of their homes. Backed by leading healthcare investors like SignalFire, we've powered millions of visits, deployed to thousands of clinicians, and we're just getting started.
We’re expanding our go-to-market team in San Francisco and looking for someone who wants ownership, creativity, and the chance to shape how Roger shows up to the market. This is not a support role — it is a hands‑on, full-stack Marketing position for someone who wants to build a category-defining brand in healthcare AI.
We are hiring a Marketing Lead who is hungry, creative, and ready to move fast. You will own strategy and execution across brand, content, and demand generation, while putting the foundations and processes in place that scale with us. Working directly with our founders and GTM leaders, your work will reach executives at home health agencies, clinicians, and technologists shaping the future of home health.
If you get just as excited about building the engine as driving it, this role was made for you.
You’ll drive projects across content, brand, and growth marketing, including:
“If I had to give Roger a rating out of 10, I’d give it an 11! You guys changed my life!!”
- G.M. from San Francisco, Registered Nurse
“Roger AI saves me hours per day. I can easily focus on my patients now too.”
- J.L. from Tucson, Registered Nurse
“Being a single mom is tough, but with Roger I can take the time to go to my daughter’s soccer game and also pursue further education.”
- T.M. from Dallas, Licensed Vocational Nurse
