This role will own the strategy and execution of new content initiatives across owned and operated channels. As the Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving Audiobook goals by executing enriching audiobook customer experiences through effective use of owned & operated marketing channels. A successful candidate will have a passion for owned channel marketing, continuous A/B testing, and strong creative instincts. The ideal candidate will have the creativity to take our global audiobook strategy to the next level.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
