Job summary

Sirona Medical, a San Francisco-based, AI-native marketing team, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead social, content, webinars, paid campaigns, and in-house video. The role spans three concentrations: social media, general content creation, and paid media, with a people-facing, collaborative approach.

You will plan and run webinars and events, create on-brand assets, and drive a steady cadence of communications to generate pipeline. Occasional travel for events is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own Sirona's social presence end to end, especially LinkedIn, across calendars, publishing, and community management.
• Create on-brand content: social posts, short videos, graphics, blogs/newsletters, campaigns.
• Plan and run webinars and events with the Director; handle planning, prep, logistics, on-camera hosting, follow-up.
• Build and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn; manage budget and reporting.
• Use AI tools to draft and scale content and analysis; adapt to evolving tooling.
• Shoot and edit video in-house for events and social clips; travel may be required.
• Maintain brand consistency across assets.
