Compass seeks a Marketing Advisor to join the team shaping all agents' marketing and branding projects from concept to execution. You will provide strategic support, project management, and empower agents to achieve marketing goals with efficiency and impact.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to create offerings and strategies that affect the agent experience on a big-picture scale, while delivering hands-on marketing plans across branding, print, digital, social, and paid media.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of marketing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing tactics across channels.
• Excellent project management with proven deadlines.
• Independent yet collaborative with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, esp. InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class client service and identify marketing needs to build strategic plans.
• Guide real estate agents from start to finish with marketing support.
• Promote the Compass platform and value of our products to customers.
• Develop marketing plans across branding, print, digital, video and paid media.
• Organize templated creative work like print ads and brochures using InDesign.
• Coordinate with design teams and agents to deliver large projects and assets.
• Craft targeted marketing strategies and surprise & delight experiences for clients.
• Analyze and optimize marketing plans to exceed agent expectations.
• Work with vendors to secure advertising spend and opportunities for local Compass branding.
• Monitor national and local market trends and forecasts.
• Build lasting relationships and foster a positive culture.
