NeoWork is hiring Marketing Managers to own marketing delivery for U.S. companies and agency clients. You will turn strategy into executed campaigns across SEO, paid media, and marketing operations, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

You will work 100% remotely from a home-based setup, aligned with US business hours. The role emphasizes project leadership, data-driven optimization in GA4, and ongoing collaboration with client teams and internal specialists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy.
• Agency or client services experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday).
• Professional spoken and written English, comfortable leading calls.
• Strong ownership and written communication skills.
• Based in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities
