NeoWork is hiring Graphic Designers to create on-brand visual content for U.S. companies. You will design social posts, ads, marketing materials, and brand assets that look great and perform.

NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients’ teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing recent work.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color.
• Good written and spoken English for working with U.S. teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Based in Brazil with a reliable home office setup and stable internet.

• Follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and video editors on campaigns
• Manage design files and deliver on tight, recurring deadlines
