Are you a driven marketing professional with a passion for generating demand and achieving results?

Nuventive’s planning and improvement software helps higher education institutions use information to innovate and continuously advance their most pressing initiatives, from strategic planning to accreditation, learning outcomes, program review, and more.

They seek a dynamic, experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate possesses a broad range of marketing skills and a strong ability to generate demand. This role requires expertise in managing social media and email campaigns, organizing webinars, managing conferences, overseeing marketing literature creation, and more.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand and generate revenue quickly
  • Manage and grow Nuventive’s social media presence across various platforms
  • Oversee and execute email campaigns to engage and nurture leads
  • Organize and manage webinars, including planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up
  • Plan and manage conference participation
  • Manage outside marketing vendor relationships to achieve marketing goals
  • Oversee the creation of marketing literature such as brochures, case studies, and white papers
  • Utilize Salesforce, WordPress, and HubSpot to manage marketing activities and track performance metrics
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a marketing role with a broad range of skills such as managing social media and email campaigns, overseeing demand generation and driving revenue, coordinating conferences and webinars, and more
  • Strong project and vendor management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong desire to grow in the role and ultimately lead a marketing team
