BNBuilders is seeking a Marketing Manager (cross-regional) to plan, organize, write, and coordinate responses to RFPs and interview content. You will guide branding efforts and collaborate with pursuit teams across Washington, California, and Colorado to strengthen market presence.

The role requires strong marketing strategy skills, experience with RFP processes, and leadership to drive cross-regional initiatives across multiple market sectors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager (cross-regional) plans, organizes, writes, updates, and coordinates the response to all phases of the project pursuit process including the production of request for proposal (RFP) responses and interview content development and preparation. This role takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives. This person and their team will work collaboratively with pursuit teams across BNBuilders’ various offices in Washington, California, and Colorado, as well as teams focused on specific market sectors in and out of established BNB regions.

SALARY RANGE:

$110,000 - $145,000annually (companywide)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee marketing and project pursuit efforts for offices across various regions and market sectors.
• Manage all details of the RFP process and workflow, including coordinating all responses to insure appropriateness of responses. This will be obtained in a timely and accurate fashion. Accountable for outcomes.
• Write and edit RFP responses for accuracy.
• Determine priorities of responses when receiving multiple RFP's.
• Provide technical guidance to other team members on RFP procedures.
• Maintain a library of RFP documentation and update as needed.
• Develop and maintain accurate, current database(s) of industry contacts for mailings.
• Plan marketing and branding objectives.
• Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company Executives and staff.
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Prepare and adhere to budgets.
• Oversee creation and delivery of marketing collateral to support internal communication efforts and external business development goals.
• Ensure brand messages are consistent.
• Gather and analyze customer insight.
• Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
• Engage other organizations within the AEC community.
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
• Develop and lead a marketing team that will execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
• Perform other related duties as assigned in support of business needs and the essential functions of the role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or proposal development, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or Communications or equivalent professional and/or academic experience.
• Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
• Technical marketing skills.
• Proven experience in customer and market research.
• Relevant product and industry knowledge.
• Experience with relevant software applications including Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), MS Office applications,
