BNBuilders is seeking a Project Engineer to interpret construction documents, perform cost estimates, and coordinate trades across multiple scopes. The role centers on ensuring alignment with designs, schedules, and budgets while supporting field and office teams on active projects.
The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 1+ year GC experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit.

The Project Engineer is responsible for reading and understanding the construction design documents and specifications, ability to perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work, overall trade management and coordination.
$90,000 - $110,000 annually

Capable of traversing over construction-type terrain when under development; moving through the construction site and the materials in place for use on the site; climbing ladders and temporary stairways; conducting visual inspections of quality of construction and materials being used in construction. Conduct jobsite walks to ensure successful project completion. Conduct jobsite walks to identify and eliminate safety hazards.

To accomplish this, the duties of this role are not performed in a remote capacity, and we expect that all employees will complete work in an office/job site setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at the job site. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud.
