Job summary

BNBuilders, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the development of visual materials that strengthen the brand across regions, departments, and projects. You will design, produce, and maintain high-quality assets for print, digital, and environmental applications, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy in all materials.

The role partners with the Creative Services Manager to translate stories into compelling visuals and to contribute to campaigns, templates, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of graphic design, marketing, or communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with video editing a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets that align with brand standards and project goals.
• Produce brochures, presentations, templates, and digital assets.
• Maintain branded content for internal/external platforms and social media.
• Support events with promotional materials and giveaways.
• Refine design systems, templates, and asset management workflows.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Graphic Designer supports the development of visual materials that strengthen BNBuilders' brand and communications across regions, departments, and projects. This role works closely with the Creative Services Manager to design, produce, and maintain high-quality creative assets for print, digital, and environmental applications. The Graphic Designer ensures brand consistency and accuracy across all materials, from marketing collateral to internal and client-facing deliverables.

SALARY RANGE: $70,304 - $85,000 annually

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design visual assets that align with company brand standards and project goals.
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and templates.
• Create and maintain branded content for internal and external platforms, including newsletters, intranet pages, and social media.
• Support events with promotional materials, and branded giveaways.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables and help refine design systems and templates.
• Assist in managing creative assets and the digital asset management system.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, promotional items, and production needs.
• Review materials for quality and alignment with creative briefs/brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Communications Manager and other departments to visually translate stories, announcements, and campaigns.
• Support the development of new design concepts and creative ideas that help elevate the BNB brand.
• Assist in developing internal brand tools, templates, and visual guidelines.
• Track creative project progress and maintain organized archives of completed work.
• Manage multiple design requests with attention to deadlines and detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain familiarity with current design trends, software updates, and creative best practices to continually improve output quality.
• Edit/format project photography, simple animations, or short video clips as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, color, and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to accept and apply feedback.
• Experience working with vendors for printing and merchandise production preferred.
• Familiarity with the AEC industry or professional services environment a plus.
• Experience designing digital assets, including website layouts, email templates, and social media graphics, is a plus.
