About G Enterprises
G Enterprises is a Providence-based multi-brand organization spanning hospitality and residential and commercial real estate. You will work across seven G Hospitality venues (G Pub Providence, G Pub Plymouth, The Rooftop at Providence G, Sarto, The Reserve on Dorrance, The Ballroom at Providence G, and Ember Lounge) and three G Properties (G Square, G Reserve, and Providence G).
What You'll Do
Social and Content
- Own 20+ social accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, from strategy through publishing in Canva and Sprout Social.
- Capture and edit short-form photo and videos on-site at venues, events, and activations.
- Design social and campaign assets from brand templates and lead content planning for event campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Manage photography logistics: coordinate shoots, build shot lists, and distribute final assets for web, social, and print.
Advertising, Campaigns, and CRM
- Coordinate with our Google Ads and Simpli.fi partners on multi-channel campaigns, including geofenced digital, local newsletter placements, and B2B outreach.
- Build and deploy email campaigns across our guest and resident databases, and maintain list health, segmentation, and growth.
- Write venue promotional copy and collateral, and uphold brand voice and visual consistency across the portfolio.
Partnership with Operations
- Serve as the marketing partner to restaurant and property operations, turning around their requests and initiatives quickly and reliably.
- Bring proactive, venue-specific plans to operations rather than waiting to be asked, informed by traffic patterns, seasonality, and revenue goals.
Events, PR, and Web
- Support event marketing across concurrent venue activations, including promotional materials and timelines.
- Manage influencer and partner relationships: outreach, gifting, content review, and deliverable tracking.
- Contribute to press materials and event promotion.
- Keep WordPress content current across G Enterprises sites (menus, events, promotions), in coordination with our web developer.
Quarterly Planning and Marketing Calendar
- Lead quarterly marketing planning sessions with ownership, venue leadership, sales, and property management. Build each plan around real business needs: sales targets, slow periods and dayparts, seasonal swings, leasing priorities, and occupancy goals.
- Own a single master marketing calendar spanning all brands, covering internal and external events, holidays, venue and property promotions, and partnerships with vendors, influencers, and entertainers.
- Keep the calendar visible and current for every stakeholder, so operations, sales, and leadership always know what is running and when.
Budget and Vendor Management
- Track marketing spend against budget across all brands, flag variances early, and stay within plan.
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and evaluate ROI on recurring spend.
- Manage vendors and agency partners: set deadlines, hold them accountable for deliverables, and assess performance against what we are paying for.
Reporting and Revenue Accountability
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on reach, engagement, paid media performance, website traffic, and conversion.
- Connect marketing activity to measurable outcomes: guest counts, venue revenue, leasing activity, rental occupancy, and short-term rental bookings.
- Present results and recommendations to leadership, and adjust the plan based on what the numbers show.
Asset Management
- Maintain an organized, accessible library of photos, video, templates, brand standards, and marketing files within SharePoint and other tools.
- Keep brand assets current and enforce version control so teams are always working from approved materials.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 5 years in marketing, with hands-on experience owning campaigns end to end.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-brand workloads with limited oversight, and to prioritize independently.
- Comfort with budget tracking, vendor accountability, and reporting on business results, not just channel metrics.
- A strong personal or professional social presence with demonstrable content creation ability.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite), social publishing platforms, email marketing or CRM tools, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
- Strong written and verbal communication, from captions and campaign copy to presenting a plan to ownership.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking across brands and formats.
- A can-do attitude, unafraid of getting hands-on, trying new things, and learning on the fly.
Nice to Have
- Prior hospitality or events experience.
- Experience with trends and growth tactics.
- PR or Media Relations exposure.
- A car and valid license for local travel to venues and events.
Why Join Us
- Full ownership of the marketing function for multiple brands, with creative latitude and direct access to decision-makers.
- A diverse portfolio with distinct voices and communities, from neighborhood pubs to luxury event spaces to residential properties.
- Direct line of sight from your work to the business results, with no layers between you and the outcome.
- $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience
