Flos in the US seeks a Marketing Manager with 5+ years in marketing to lead NA brand initiatives and product launches. You will own projects, manage timelines and ensure successful execution in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the European HQ, you’ll oversee local marketing activities, adapt global guidelines for the US market and coordinate content, PR, events and agency partnerships, with travel across the US and Europe.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing management with exposure to communication, PR, and client engagement.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our US team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications who is eager to take ownership of projects, manage timelines and ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives and product introductions in the North American market.

The Marketing Manager will report functionally to the central marketing team in the HQ in Europe and directly support content, brand implementation and product launch in line with global guidelines. This person will oversee all local marketing activities, ensuring alignment with international standards while adapting to the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Salary Range

$75,000 to $100,000 (Based On Experience
