Job summary

Quirch Foods in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and evaluate regional marketing strategies across the US, Latin America, the Caribbean and Puerto Rico.

You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, travel as needed, and measure ROI to drive brand growth in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with regional or field marketing proven.
  • Proven success in developing regional marketing plans.
  • Strong multi-channel marketing knowledge across digital, print, events.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Cross Functional collaboration with leadership to develop regional marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy and local market needs.
  • Engage in regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior within the region to inform marketing strategies.
  • Adapt general market campaigns for local relevance, ensuring messaging and creative align with regional preferences.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports on marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and regional KPIs.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Oversee and collaborate with cross functional teams on social media and LinkedIn content.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local media, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Support the launch of new products or services within the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate marketing guidelines in all regional communications.

Job description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies across a defined geographic region (US, Latin America, Caribbean and Puerto Rico). This role focuses on driving brand awareness, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring ROI in marketing efforts tailored to regional markets/customers. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and hands‑on executor with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics. Includes some travel.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing software tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms).
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in [Industry – e.g., CPG, Retail, B2B, Food & Beverage, etc.].
  • Bilingual capabilities (if relevant to region).
  • Experience managing local customer and vendor relationships.
