Job description

About

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help strengthen our market presence, support commercial growth, and shape how the company communicates with customers, partners, investors, and the broader market.

This is a high‑ownership role for someone who can operate across corporate marketing, strategic communications, brand positioning, and growth initiatives. You will work closely with leadership, sales, business development, and other internal teams to develop clear messaging, build market awareness, and support the company's growth in the data center and digital infrastructure sector.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands how to translate complex infrastructure, financial, and business topics into clear and compelling narratives. Experience in banking, financial services, capital markets, or investor‑facing environments is highly valued, particularly for candidates who understand how public‑market investors evaluate companies, industries, growth opportunities, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the marketing strategy — develop and manage marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support business development, and position the company effectively within the data center and digital infrastructure market.
  • Shape the company's market positioning — help define how we communicate our value proposition, growth story, capabilities, and competitive differentiation across clients,, partner, and investor audiences.
  • Develop high‑quality content and communications — create presentations, company materials, market updates, thought leadership, website content, executive messaging, and other communications that clearly explain the business and its opportunities.
  • Support investor and public‑markets communications — partner with leadership to develop materials and messaging for investors and other financially sophisticated audiences, ensuring the company's strategy, growth drivers, and market position are communicated clearly and consistently.
  • Partner with sales and business development — develop marketing materials, campaigns, presentations, and supporting content that help commercial teams engage prospects and move opportunities forward.
  • Build awareness in key markets — identify opportunities to increase visibility through events, conferences, industry publications, partnerships, digital campaigns, and thought leadership.
  • Lead digital and demand‑generation initiatives — develop campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities while continuously evaluating performance and improving results.
  • Manage executive communications — support senior leaders with presentations, talking points, market commentary, announcements, and other external‑facing communications.
  • Monitor industry and market trends — stay close to developments across data centers, AI infrastructure, cloud computing, energy, capital markets, and competitive activity to help inform company positioning.
  • Maintain brand consistency — ensure messaging, visual identity, presentations, and external communications remain polished and consistent across channels.
  • Measure marketing effectiveness — track campaign performance, engagement, lead generation, and other key metrics to understand what is working and where to improve.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, strategic communications, or a related role.
  • Strong experience developing and executing marketing initiatives in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Experience working closely with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to develop messaging for multiple audiences, including customers, partners, executives, and investors.
  • Strong project‑management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities may evolve quickly.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to understand both commercial and financial considerations.
Preferred Experience

We would especially value candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Data centers, digital infrastructure, cloud, AI infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, or other infrastructure‑related industries.
  • Banking, investment banking, financial services, or capital markets.
  • Experience developing communications or marketing materials for public‑market investors, institutional investors, analysts, or other financial audiences.
  • Experience supporting investor presentations, earnings‑related materials, capital markets communications, or corporate positioning.
  • Familiarity with how institutional investors evaluate growth, market opportunity, competitive positioning, capital investment, and financial performance.
  • Experience marketing complex, technical, or capital‑intensive businesses.
  • Experience working in a high‑growth, private‑equity‑backed, venture‑backed, or public‑company environment.
What success looks like
  • You can take a complicated business or technical concept and turn it into a clear, compelling story.
  • You understand that strong marketing is not just about brand awareness — it should support business growth, credibility, and commercial outcomes.
  • You're comfortable communicating with very different audiences, from technical operators and customers to executives and investors.
  • You understand financial language and can confidently work with topics such as growth, market opportunity, investment, capital deployment, and business performance.
  • You're curious about the data center and digital infrastructure market and want to develop a deep understanding of the industry.
  • You're comfortable being hands‑on. You can think strategically, but you're equally willing to build the presentation, write the copy, launch the campaign, or coordinate the event.
  • You have strong attention to detail and understand that external communications need to be accurate, polished, and consistent.
  • You enjoy working closely with leadership and being part of the conversations that shape how a company presents itself to the market.
