Job description

This role is responsible for developing the brand, driving demand, and building a scalable marketing engine that supports both branch-level growth and national expansion—including our rapidly growing Professional Division.

We are looking for someone who can think like a strategist and execute like an operator—someone who has built (or is ready to build) a marketing team, infrastructure, and playbook inside a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Build
  • A centralized marketing function aligned with sales and branch operations
  • A clear brand voice and positioning across all divisions
  • Lead generation systems (digital, outbound, and local market support)
  • Marketing support for national accounts and enterprise clients
  • Tools, reporting, and analytics to measure ROI and performance
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a company-wide marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals
  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing marketing team over time
  • Establish brand positioning across light industrial, professional, and executive services
  • Partner with executive leadership to align marketing with business priorities
Demand Generation & Growth
  • Drive new client acquisition through targeted campaigns and outbound strategies
  • Build scalable lead generation funnels (digital + field support)
  • Support branches with local market growth initiatives
  • Partner with sales teams to improve conversion and pipeline velocity
Recruitment Marketing
  • Develop strategies to attract high-volume and professional talent
  • Improve candidate flow through job marketing, social, and digital channels
  • Build employer branding initiatives to position a top workplace
Brand, Content & Digital Presence
  • Own and evolve the brand identity and messaging
  • Oversee website, SEO/SEM, social media, and content strategy
  • Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and client-facing materials
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all markets and divisions
Analytics & Performance
  • Implement tools and dashboards to track marketing ROI and campaign performance
  • Analyze data to optimize spend, channels, and conversion rates
  • Report on key metrics, including leads, cost per lead, and revenue impact
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–10+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services
  • Proven experience building or scaling a marketing function or team
  • Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, and brand development
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically (this is a roll-up-your-sleeves role)
  • Experience supporting sales-driven organizations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and execution skills
What Success Looks Like
  • Increased qualified leads and client acquisition
  • Improved candidate flow and recruiting efficiency
  • Strong, consistent brand presence across markets
  • A built-out, scalable marketing team and infrastructure
  • Measurable impact on revenue growth
  • Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives
  • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
  • Opportunity to build and lead a national marketing function
  • High visibility with executive leadership
  • Clear path for growth as the company scales
