Position Summary

As Marketing Manager, you will lead day-to-day planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that support business growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate demand. This generalist role blends hands-on execution with team leadership across creative services, social, media, content development, brand strategy, marketing operations, sales enablement, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate is a balanced marketer who combines operational savvy, project management expertise and the ability to nurture and inspire a growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is able to roll up their sleeves - bringing creativity and curiosity in equal measure, with the drive to get results without waiting for perfection. Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Demand Marketing
    • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that attract, engage, and convert.
    • Own the digital acquisition strategy—across paid search, social, retargeting, email, and organic.
    • Manage and optimize the lead funnel in collaboration with sales to drive high-quality MQLs.
    • Build and maintain landing pages, email nurture workflows, and marketing funnels.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on ROI, conversion rates, and top-of-funnel health.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Implement best practices for marketing workflows, project management, and campaign execution.
    • Lead marketing automation strategy and manage tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into marketing effectiveness across channels including cost, performance, and ROI. Run A/B tests to optimize content, subject lines, ad creative, and user flow across customer journey
    • Evaluate and onboard new marketing technologies as needed.
    • Manage team project workflow, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Creative & Brand Strategy
    • Set and guide the voice of the brand across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent messaging and tone.
    • Oversee the development of visuals and print/digital collateral that align with brand standards and drive engagement.
    • Maintain and evolve brand positioning to ensure consistency and relevance across all touchpoints, steward brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Sales Enablement & Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales to develop tools, presentations, and materials that support customer acquisition and retention.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product & Customer Success to align go-to-market efforts for new products, services, and brand launches.
    • Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage external partners as needed.
  • Content & Social Media
    • Own all social media channels and day-to-day content calendar execution.
    • Develop and manage content strategy that includes blogs, social media posts, white papers, case studies, infographics, and related content.
    • Monitor platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging content trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a marketing team balancing day-to-day execution with strategic development.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Represent marketing in strategic meetings and company planning sessions.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects from concept to delivery, including working with in-house and freelance designers.
  • Experience developing and executing social media, content marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement strategies and how marketing supports the customer journey with proven track record of driving leads and revenue.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and systems such as Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM & Email Marketing, Salesforce, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills—including experience with marketing operations tools and processes; Lean project management knowledge a plus.
  • Great communicator, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, actionable steps.
