Job summary

JohnHart Real Estate seeks a Marketing Manager and Growth Strategist to lead marketing efforts for our high-volume real estate operation. You will guide both digital and print campaigns, oversee a collaborative in-house marketing team, and ensure brand consistency across all client communications and materials.

The role requires a detail-oriented self-starter with at least 3+ years in marketing and a solid understanding of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader in all things marketing and guide branding efforts.
• Develop and lead comprehensive marketing plans for real estate agents.
• Ensure agents align with the outlined marketing strategy across digital and print channels.
• Coordinate with designers to produce agent print materials and digital assets.
• Act as brand guardian ensuring consistency in storytelling, voice, and aesthetics.
• Manage advertising requests from agents and prioritize campaigns.
• Generate innovative marketing ideas benefiting agents and JohnHart Real Estate.
• Create letters, postcards, and other mailers for agents to use.

Job description

High-volume real estate firm seeking a Marketing Manager and Growth Strategist. Experience in marketing, coaching, and brand development with a sharp eye for detail a must. Must be detail and task-oriented, a self-starter and have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.

You will work collaboratively with the industry's best in-house marketing & creative team, made up of talented graphic designers, media specialists, photographers and videographers. You will work closely with the team to execute a variety of advertising initiatives and insure the JohnHart brand delivers our message properly.

At JohnHart you will:

• Be a leader in all things marketing. Real estate agents will look to you for guidance, direction, and marketing material.
• Develop and lead marketing plans for real estate agents.
• Act as a check/balance to ensure that agents are in-line with outlined marketing strategy. This includes both digital and print marketing.
• Connect daily with real estate agents on their marketing plans. Make sure their actions align with your marketing plan for them.
• Work with graphic designers to develop agent print material as well as digital assets.
• Act as the "brand protector", being a check and balance for all material to align with brand storytelling, voice, and aesthetic.
• Manage all incoming advertising requests from agents.
• Be proactive in creating and executing new marketing ideas that will benefit agents, as well as JohnHart Real Estate.
• Conceptualize, design, and develop letters, postcards, and other mailers for your real estate agents to utilize.
• Be proactive in working with graphic designers to create on-brand social media material for real estate agents.
