Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and sales enablement across customer journeys. Based in Carmel, IN, with in-office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and remote options on Tuesdays and Fridays.

You will lead the Sales Enablement team, partner with Sales and Marketing leaders, and develop campaigns, content, and tools to engage prospects and strengthen relationships, contributing to growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, ABM, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing marketing professionals.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams in a complex B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of buyer journeys, segmentation, demand generation, nurture strategies, and relationship marketing.
  • Experience developing customer-facing collateral, presentations, campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Enablement team and set priorities.
  • Partner with TAL sales teams to understand priorities and challenges.
  • Develop demand generation and nurture strategies across buyer journeys.
  • Expand digital nurture campaigns via HubSpot and audience segmentation.
  • Create targeted, relevant marketing experiences using customer data.
  • Use insights to improve messaging, content, and engagement strategies.
  • Plan and execute ABM initiatives with Sales for strategic accounts.
  • Develop sales enablement resources such as collateral, presentations, proposals, and messaging.
  • Produce content tailored to buyers, industries, solutions, and journey stages.
  • Align Marketing and Sales teams to identify needs and content gaps.
  • Integrate sales enablement, digital marketing, content, and campaigns into cohesive journeys.
  • Measure and optimize demand generation, nurture, ABM, and enablement initiatives.

Job description

Toyota Automated Logistics (TAL) is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and sales enablement across its customer journeys. This role will lead the Sales Enablement team and partner closely with other marketing leaders within the department as well as TAL’s sales teams to develop the insights, content, campaigns, and tools needed to engage prospects, strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.

This role will be based in our Headquarters in Carmel, IN (soon to be Noblesville, IN). Employees are required to be in‑office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with the ability to work remote on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Enablement team, establishing priorities aligned with broader Marketing and Sales objectives.
  • Partner closely with TAL sales teams to understand business priorities, customer needs, and sales challenges, identifying marketing opportunities that support pipeline development and sales effectiveness.
  • Leveraging strategies, assets and resources from the broader marketing department, develop and execute demand generation and nurture strategies across buyer journeys to engage prospects, advance opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Partner with the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and expand digital nurture campaigns through HubSpot, including audience segmentation, campaign content, customer journeys and ongoing optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to use customer and prospect data to create more targeted, relevant marketing experiences and nurture programs based on buyer needs, interests and stages of the customer journey.
  • Leverage customer, account, campaign, and sales insights to improve targeting, messaging, content and engagement strategies.
  • Plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic accounts, targeted audiences, and growth opportunities in close partnership with Sales.
  • Develop and continuously improve sales enablement resources, including collateral, presentations, proposals, messaging and other customer‑facing tools.
  • Create content tailored to specific buyers, industries, solutions, and stages of the customer journey, partnering with internal marketing resources and subject matter experts as needed.
  • Develop programs and marketing touchpoints that help TAL build relationships with prospects and strengthen engagement with existing customers.
  • Build strong alignment and feedback loops between Marketing and TAL’s various sales teams to identify emerging needs, content gaps, customer insights, and opportunities for improved marketing support.
  • Collaborate across the Marketing team to connect sales enablement, digital marketing, content and campaign activities into cohesive customer experiences.
  • Measure the effectiveness of demand generation, nurture, ABM, and sales enablement initiatives and use performance insights to continuously improve programs and demonstrate marketing’s contribution to commercial objectives.

Travel Requirements : 10%

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
