Ascension Health is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the implementation of marketing campaigns and content strategies that drive patient engagement and support healthcare business goals.
You will develop detailed project work plans, track metrics, and optimize campaign performance while partnering with clinical lines of business to align initiatives with operational readiness and provider scheduling. This role focuses on hospital and clinic marketing across multiple facilities.
Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns and content strategies to drive patient engagement and support healthcare business goals.
Develop detailed project work plans and track key metrics to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
Partner with clinical lines of business to align marketing initiatives with operational readiness and provider scheduling paths.
Partner with hospitals and clinics to help better promote and market services offered at each facility
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of specific marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition across service lines, including primary care
Experience in hospital, clinic or healthcare marketing
