Bulley & Andrews (B&A) invites a seasoned marketer to join our Chicago team. You will lead the creation of compelling RFP/RFQ responses and craft winning presentations for shortlist interviews, while shaping our digital presence and brand storytelling.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously yet collaborate with a high-performing team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities across a historic, respected firm.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communication or business-related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Experience in A/E/C industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee responses to RFPs and RFQs with strategic differentiation.
• Collaborate on winning presentations for shortlist interviews (virtual and in-person).
• Manage B&A’s social media channels and drive engagement.
• Oversee production of corporate videos and support the mission and values.
• Manage corporate websites and marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, digital assets).
• Review and approve content produced by the marketing team.
• Support CRM and project databases maintenance.
• Contribute to annual marketing plan and budget execution.
• Identify and craft industry award submissions.
• Plan internal and external events and coordinate project photography.
• Perform additional duties as required.

One of the nation’s oldest and most accomplished construction firms with a diverse portfolio and an enviable reputation, B&A seeks a marketing professional to join our team. A strategic member of our staff, the marketing manager will be responsible for:

• Providing purview for the production of best-in-class responses to RFPs and RFQs
• Collaborating on the creation of winning presentations for shortlist interviews, both virtual and in-person, with an emphasis on strategic differentiation
• Managing B&A’s social media channels including content creation and driving engagement
• Overseeing production of corporate videos supporting our mission statement and core values
• Managing corporate websites
• Designing and creating marking collateral such as brochures, case studies and digital assets
• Reviewing and approving content and graphics developed by the marketing team
• Supporting the maintenance of CRM and project databases
• Providing input, evaluation and execution of annual marketing plan
• Identifying and crafting compelling industry award submissions
• Planning and executing internal and external special events
• Coordinating professional project photography
• Performing additional duties, as required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing, communication or a business-related field, five or more years of experience and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment, a sharp eye for detail and capability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously are essential. A/E/C industry experience preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Proven experience leading and executing digital marketing and social media strategies
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask with changing priorities
